A guide to a happy life

People often don´t talk about their problems because they sometimes feel ashamed. they are afraid of sharing what they feel and this is a big mistake. If nobody in the world talked about their problems, people wouldn´t feel relaxed, and happy. However, if we speak our minds with our friends, family or somewone relaiable we will surely feel better and happier.
fortunately in this big world, there are professionals that specialize in helping people to find a solution to "those things" in our minds called problems. You have to pay for the sessions, wich is worthwhile, as they can give you great advices. These people that are ready to listen to you, are called psychologists. In some occasions friends can be helpful because they know you well, in other situations this is not enough and you need a more experienced point of view. Although friends and psychologists seem to be good options, we think mothers are the best. In other words friends, psychologists and mothers may help you when you have a problem.
