Tennis can be played by singles or in pairs, the most common type to play tennis is singles. To play it you need a racket, tennis shoes and a ball.The types of courts are usually grass, clay or a hardcourt of concrete and asphalt.
Tennis is not as agressive as kick boxing or tae kwon do, it is good for health and all ages can play it.
Also has his negatives points, because you need very well built body, and the equiptment you need to use (like the racket) are very expensive if you need a good one.
In my opinion, tennis is a very good sport to be concentrate and use your brain. I have been playing tennis for 6 years. Its my favourite sport
