Now a days, people are living under stress. They have got so much things in their minds that they finally forget what are the important things in life. That's why you have to make a time for you, to think specially about your person and dedicate a time to do whatever you want. Some things you can do are listening to clasical music, read something you like, or doing yoga or others activities where you can take your mind off all your problems. Like this, you'll be more relaxed and you'll do your activities better.
Other problem is that many people suffer from insomnia. This is an important problem, because you must sleep at least 8 hours to be good the next day. So remember, try to do your things in day. Don't stay watching TV programs! Organised yourself! Come on, you can!
