Some people don’t help others because they don’t meet that person or they don’t like her/his aspect. You see an old person trying to cross the street and you don’t help him. Somebody has a problem and you you don’t help he or she to solv it. To help other people is very important because someday you will need help too and if you didn’t help anyone before is probably that anybody help you.
Many people doesn’t know how to do something that is difficult for them well. You don’t practise in the school because you know it is difficult for you. In a job you don’t apply because you think you won’t do it yourself well. If you belive you can do it -I know this is easier said than done-, you’re well on your way.
