A guide to a happy life

People often don’t talk about their problems or not allways express their real feelings. They
don’t talk with somewone becouse they’re worried and don’t have confidence with other
people, so they think that they’re going to tell somewone their problems or feelings. But it’s
wrong.
What they can do is try to express the feelings that they’ve in mind and’re worring them. They
can do it talking with other people like friends or family members. There’re also people that
work helping pople that have these problems. Their job is try to make that people forget
about that feelings or problems.


Some people laugh a lot. Sometimes becouse something is very funny, or sometimes becouse somewone makes you laugh a lot. Or probably is becouse you want to. It’s very healtly for our life it make you feel better. But you have to contol it, becouse you can be at the middle of an important exam or kind of that and it seems like you’re bothering. Sometimes can also hurt other people feelings. So you have to learn how to control the laugh. But it doesn’t mean that you can’t laugh any more!, you can do it, but you have tolook after the way you lahu and that’s it.
