Sports: Swimming

Swimming is an excellent all-around activity that exercises most of the muscle groups. It is a sport which is suitable for people of many different ages and fitness levels. To make this sport you need:

-Goggles for eye protection

-a bath cap

-a swimsuit


The bad things about swimming is that, like in every sport, you can get heart... in this one you can get am ear infection or irritation from water, or you can also get an eyes irritation from chlorine in the pool...

The good things are that like I said, it's a very complete sport... and another thing is that you can refresh yourselve if the day is warm... and if tere is a cold day out there... you can go to a conditionated pool...

I really like swimming and I have been doing it since I was a little boy... y really recomend it...
