A guide to a happy life



Nowadays people are living stresssed lives. They always think too much about their jobs and they do not always do whatever they really like. They must forget about all the things that produce stress doing some activities like yoga or meditation. These activities will help them forget about those stressing things. Another option not to be stressed is to reduce the hours of work and increase the hours of having fun. For example, you can do courses with other people to improve your relationships. But the most important thing is to do one thing at a time.
Those ideas will help you for example to sleep better and to improve your quality of life.



If you had only a day of life what would you do?
You would do all the things that you have always dreamt about and all those things that you like. You would also confess things you have never said. But the important thing is to help young people because they are the future. Teach them the good things and not the bad ones. Tell them the history of the world and of your family and teach them to help people because all the things you do returns to you because this is the law of the cause and effect.
